DELIVERY
Our delivery service is fast and reliable. Providing we have your item(s) in stock, our orders are usually despatched within 24 hours and should arrive with UK customers within 2-3 days.
With fabric we have a minimum 12m order (or waiting list) on any roll not in stock. We will let you know if the fabric is not available as soon as possible and give you option to either go on a waiting list or order the fabric (min 12m required). Fabric takes between 2-3 weeks to order in from France.
Delivery Costs
Delivery is now charged at £6.50 for all orders.
Overseas, BFPO & Non-Mainland UK Postage is charged at cost. Simply purchase your goods as normal and we will get back to you with the surplus to pay. Your card is not processed until you have agreed the additional postage cost. Please note, we charge an additional £3 for checking card details for non-UK card customers. This is built into the additional postage quote.
GIFT WRAP
If you are choosing something as a present, why not let us do the wrapping. For £3, we will gift wrap everything you choose in your basket. Just choose the Gift Wrap option at Check Out. You can also send a message and have the package sent straight to the recipient.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday only. We use Royal Mail First Class service for most packages and Initial CityLink Next Day delivery (excluding weekends) for larger parcels, which means you receive your packages promptly.
If you require your goods faster than this and we have it in stock, please call us to arrange a speedier transit. Charges will be made according to each situation and requirement.
