Delivery and Returns
Our delivery service is fast and reliable. Providing we have your item(s) in stock, our orders are usually despatched within 24 hours and should arrive with UK customers within 2-5 days.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday only. We use Royal Mail First Class and CityLink for larger parcels, which means you receive your packages promptly.
Delivery is charged at £5.95, (inc VAT) for all orders under £100.
COLLECT DIRECT* Collect direct from our offices in Battersea at 12 Ingate Place, London SW8 3NS during office hours, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm, excluding Bank Holidays.
Please choose your relevant delivery option. For UK Highlands and Islands, delivery is £15. (Includes Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Mull, Hebrides and Scottish Highlands). Check Postcode
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery is available for orders received before 1.00pm and is charged at £9.95, (inc VAT). For orders placed on Friday, next delivery will be Monday morning. There is no Saturday Delivery.
Overseas, BFPO & Non-Mainland UK
Postage is charged at cost. Simply purchase your goods as normal and choose International Delivery (£25.00). We will get back to you if there is a surplus to pay. Your card will be refunded for the full amount if you do not agree the additional postage cost. Postage for swatches for overseas customers is charged at £4.95. When ordering swatches from overseas please choose the International Swatches option.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
We want you to enjoy your products from The Linen Works. If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 21 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our decision, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. To return any products to us, please:
Complete the reverse side of the invoice (which comes with your order) and clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange. Pack the items back in the parcel, enclose the invoice and send it back to:

When returning items we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
Returning Sale Items
Sale items must be returned within 7 working days of receipt if for any reason the product does not live up to your expectations. Returned goods must be complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. We regret we cannot accept returned cut fabric unless the item is faulty.
If you are choosing something as a present, why not let us do the wrapping. For £3.50, we will gift wrap everything you choose in your basket. Just choose the Gift Wrap option at Check Out. You can also send a message and have the package sent straight to the recipient. Please note, if many items are ordered, these may be wrapped in bundles.
