Be inspired by natural ingredients, from a corguette and sweet date blitz to a sprinkle of acai seeds and puffed quinoa, get the whole family in the kitchen and make it fun.

Pinkberry Banana Maca Smoothie Bowl

 

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 1 frozen, sliced, ripe banana
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup soy milk 
  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp pomegranate powder (optional, enhances the pink color)
  • cold water (as needed)

Vegan Blackberry Coconut Smoothie Bowl

 

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ¼ cup coconut flakes, unsweetened
  • 1 cup coconut milk 
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp raw pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup fresh spinach

Blue Morning Smoothie Bowl

 

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 1 banana sliced, frozen
  • 1 large corgette sliced, frozen
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons cashew butter 
  • 1 teaspoon organic spirulina powder 
  • pinch of sea salt
  • dash of cinnamon

Matcha Mint Shake

 

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 1/3 cup soaked raw cashews
  • 3 cups loose-packed greens
  • 2-3 frozen bananas 
  • ¼ cup mint leaves
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract or vanilla powder
  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • 1-2 scoops vegan protein powder vanilla or chocolate
  • 3 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
  • maple syrup or stevia to taste 
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs

 

 

Topping Options:


Coconut flakes; puffed quinoa; hemp seeds; bee pollen; extra mint; sesame seeds; extra cacao nibs; chopped almonds
