Delivery

UK Standard Delivery (3-4 days) - £2.80 

Our UK services cover exclude Channel Islands. 

Your order will be delivered to you via Royal Mail or DPD, once dispatched you will receive an email of notification giving you a delivery date along with courier information.
 

UK Guaranteed Next Day Delivery - £5.95

Need to have your order delivered extra fast?  This is the service for you. Delivered by Interlink Express, they will email or text you first thing in the morning to give you a One Hour Delivery Window, so you don't have to wait in all day for parcels. 

Orders must be placed before 2pm the previous day. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday morning. There is no Saturday or Bank Holidays Delivery. Excludes Feather Filled Products for which there is a week delivery time.

 

UK London Zone 1&2 Same Day Delivery - £10

We’re making shopping even easier. If you live in the London area, just order online by 2pm and we’ll arrange SAME DAY delivery. 

Order by 2pm. Delivery Mon to Fri, excluding Bank Holidays. 
This excludes Feather Filled Products which will be shipped separately within 1 week.

 

UK Saturday Delivery - £20

Order by 2pm Friday for Saturday delivery, excluding Bank Holidays. 
This excludes Feather Filled Products which will be shipped separately within 1 week.

 

Selected European Countries - £15 

Available to selected European countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia, Spain and Switzerland. Non-VAT paying residents will be refunded VAT. 

Not in to receive your parcel? Our European customers now have the option to choose to collect their parcels from one of over 22,000 DPD Pickup shops. You will receive an email or text from DPD to notify you when your parcel is on its way to you, along with an estimated delivery time slot. Simply manage your preferences upon DPD notification of delivery to choose a method that best suits you. DPD will let you know as soon as your parcel arrives in the shop for collection.

 

Rest of the World - £25

If you are eligible for VAT (tax) free which currently is 20%. We will refund your VAT after the order is placed. Sometimes it is necessary to put some or all of the VAT amount towards additional postage costs. If this is the the case, we always let you know upon refund of the rest of the VAT.

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and unwashed.

We are currently offering Free Returns to Mainland Britain addresses. Please fill in the details on your returns form and simply take to the nearest post office.

Alternatively you can contact us to arrange a collection if that is more convenient.

If for any reason you don’t have your dispatch note please write the details below on the box to qualify for free postage.

Exchanging an Item

If you would like to exchange an item(s), please call us on 0203 744 1020 or fill the form below so we can arrange for the product to be delivered back to us ready for an exchange. All exchanges will be sent to you without any additional postage charges.

 

International Returns 

For international orders, be sure to obtain a free proof of postage when returning items. Please ensure all returns packaging is properly secured so that it does not open in transit.  We cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.

 

T&C

Items can be returned outside this period if they are found to be faulty but please take extra care to read our guide on Linen Care and any specific care instructions provided with your purchase. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse. We cannot accept any returns on bespoke orders such as monogramming or bespoke hand stamping. Certain items are excluded from our Returns Policy for hygiene reasons, such as duvets and pillows , fabrics and bespoke products. These items can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights.
