Delivery

UK Standard Delivery (2-3 working days) - £2.80

Our UK services cover excludes the Channel Islands. 

Your order will be delivered to you via Royal Mail or DPD Local and once dispatched, you will receive an email of notification.

UK Next Day Delivery (Order by 2pm) - £5.95

Need to have your order delivered extra fast?  This is the service for you. Delivered by DPD Local, they will email or text you first thing in the morning to give you a One Hour Delivery Window, so you don't have to wait in all day for parcels. 

Orders must be placed before 2pm the previous day. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on the forthcoming Monday. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Please note that there is no Saturday or Bank Holiday Delivery under and Next Day Delivery service. For delivery on Saturday, please select our Saturday Delivery option.

Excludes Feather Filled Products for which there is a week delivery time. Our UK services exclude the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.

UK Next Day Before 10am Delivery (Order by 2pm) - £15

For guaranteed morning delivery, select our Next Day Before 10:30am Delivery option. Delivered by DPD Local, they will ensure your order is with you first thing in the morning and will email or text you to confirm you're One Hour Delivery Window, so you know exactly when your parcel will arrive.

UK Saturday Delivery - £20

Order by 2pm Friday for Saturday delivery, excluding Bank Holidays. 
This excludes Feather Filled Products which will be shipped separately within 1 week.

 

Listed European Destinations (& Channel Islands) - £15 

Our delivery charge is £15 to the following European destinations, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, Jersey and Guernsey. 

Not in to receive your parcel? Our European customers now have the option to choose to collect their parcels from one of over 22,000 DPD Pickup shops. You will receive an email or text from DPD to notify you when your parcel is on its way to you, along with an estimated delivery time slot. Simply manage your preferences upon DPD notification of delivery to choose a method that best suits you. DPD will let you know as soon as your parcel arrives in the shop for collection.

 

Rest of the World + European Destinations Not Listed Above - £25

Delivery is charged at £25 for the rest of the world and European destinations that are not listed in the above ‘European Countries (& Channel Islands) - £15 section.
 

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

We sincerely hope that you enjoy your products from The Linen Works, but if you are not entirely delighted with the items that you have received, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or gift voucher for the amount paid, or, if you wish, a full refund. This is on the basis that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and unwashed within 30 days of receipt. Items in our Sale are also refundable or can alternatively be exchanged for another item on thelinenworks.co.uk

We are unable to offer refunds on cut fabric or bespoke items as well as filled products which includes Duvets, Pillows, Toppers and Protectors.

We offer Free Returns to Mainland Britain addresses. Please click here to create your return and follow the steps to print your Freepost label. 

All items should be returned to our returns department. If sending your order from overseas please ensure the address is written out as below:

Exchanging an Item

If you would like to exchange an item(s), please click here and follow the steps, ensuring to pick ´exchange´ as a returns option. Simply tell us what colour, the size you would like to receive in replacement. A new order will be created and dispatched once we have received your returned item(s) in our warehouse.

If there is a price difference we will refund with the amount to your original payment method or you will receive a new order invoice for payment of the outstanding amount, this can be carried out over the phone or email link.  

If based in Mainland UK all exchanges will be sent to you without any additional postage charges, however international exchanges will require additional postage charge and do feel free to give us a call 0203 744 1020 to discuss anything further.

 

International Returns 

For non-Mainland UK and International addresses, the return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty. 

Be sure to obtain a free proof of postage when returning items and please ensure all returns packaging is properly secured so that it does not open in transit. We cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.

Also, ensure to mark this as a ‘return’ for customs reasons as additional charges may be applied to your order incoming the country which will be taken away from the amount refunded back to you.

 

T&C

Items can be returned outside this period if they are found to be faulty but please take extra care to read our guide on Linen Care and any specific care instructions provided with your purchase. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse. We cannot accept any returns on bespoke orders such as monogramming or bespoke hand stamping. Certain items are excluded from our Returns Policy for hygiene reasons, such as duvets and pillows, fabrics and bespoke products. These items can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights.
