We offer Free Returns to Mainland Britain addresses.




Products should be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and unwashed within 30 days of receipt.
Items can be returned outside the 30 days period if they are found to be faulty but please take extra care to read our guide on Linen Care and any specific care instructions provided with your purchase.

We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.

We cannot accept any returns on bespoke orders such as monogramming or bespoke hand stamping. Certain items are excluded from our Returns Policy for hygiene reasons, such as feather filled toppers, duvets and pillows as well as cut fabrics. These items can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights.


If you would like to exchange an item(s), please click here and follow the steps, ensuring to pick ´exchange´ as a returns option. Simply tell us what colour, the size you would like to receive in replacement. A new order will be created and dispatched once we have received your returned item(s) in our warehouse.

If there is a price difference we will refund with the amount to your original payment method or you will receive a new order invoice for payment of the outstanding amount, this can be carried out over the phone or email link.

All International addresses exchanges will require additional postage charges, once we have received your return back to us we will be in touch to organise the delivery. Mainland UK exchanges will be sent to you without any additional postage charges.

International Returns

For non-Mainland UK and International addresses, the return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty.

Be sure to obtain a free proof of postage when returning items and please ensure all returns packaging is properly secured so that it does not open in transit. We cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.

Also, ensure to mark this as a ‘return’ for customs reasons as additional charges may be applied to your order incoming the country which will be taken away from the amount refunded back to you.
