WHAT ARE THE MAIN BENEFITS OF JOINING?

We love all things linen and want to share this passion with you, this is also a perfect way to thank you for being such a loyal customer. Just by signing up, you will instantly receive exclusive offers such as complementary delivery and personalisation services and much more.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY MEMBERSHIP AND POINTS DETAILS?

You can access your profile and points by clicking at The Linen Club button on the bottom right hand corner of the website. Once you sign in, the page will reload and pop up again with your profile information.

SPENDING POINTS

On your membership profile we will give you lots of ideas on how redeem your points. No matter what membership tier you belong, you can make the most of your points by exchanging these for unique perks.

It is very easy to use points: Simply chose to exchange some of your points for a particular reward, then copy and paste the code during checkout and complete your order as per usual.

You can only redeem one reward at a time, if you need some guidance please do contact our customer care team.

EARNING POINTS

JOIN THE CLUB – By joining The Linen Club you will automatically be rewarded with 200 points.

LEAVE A PRODUCT REVIEW - Earn 100 points by sharing your thoughts on our linens and your customer experience with our community. Simply leave us a review on the email sent from our partner Feefo, and when your review is published, your points will be accounted.

SHARE ON FACEBOOK – Share your love for The Linen Works on Facebook and earn 100 points. You can do these once every month!

LIKE OUR PAGE ON FACEBOOK - Like our Facebook page and you earn 50 points.

FOLLOW US ON INSTAGRAM - Follow us on Instagram and earn 50 points.

MAKE A PURCHASE - For every £1 spent you receive 5 points. Please note if orders are returned your points will be deducted accordingly.

REFER US TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS - Sign in to your club profile on the right hand corner of the website and send your unique code to your family and friends. They will receive a 10% off discount code to spend on our store, and when they make a purchase, you will be awarded 1000 points.

Linen Insider (Up to 2,499 points)

Benefits:

Exclusive offers & double points days – We will send you a number of exclusive offers and will inform you of our double point days, so you can collect more point with us to spend on rewards.

Early access to sales – As a member of The Linen Club you will be granted early access to all our sales.

Free hand-stamping – We love that our linens can be made unique and if you’re thinking to gift some of our linens to a loved one, our hand stamping service is perfect. On your membership profile chose to redeem this reward, then copy and paste the code given to you during checkout and complete your order as per usual.

Complimentary UK delivery – As Linen Insider you receive one complimentary delivery on us. On your membership profile chose to redeem this reward, then copy and paste the code given to you during checkout and complete your order as per usual.

Birthday points – Birthday are wonderful milestones which is why when your birthday comes around we will celebrate by giving you 150 extra points.

Linen Enthusiast (2,500 to 4,999 points)

All the above rewards, plus:

Small alterations and repairs by our experienced seamstress – If you find perhaps those pyjamas you just ordered are too long in the leg we can take them up for you. As well as repairing any linens brought from us that perhaps during their life cycle have seen a bit of wear & tear and need some TLC. This is available to Linen Enthusiasts and Linen Aficionados Membership Tiers and can be redeem once a year with the total value of £25.

20% Off day of your choice – Once a year you can purchase as many linens you would like with 20% off. Just choose your preferred day and email customercare@thelinenworks.co.uk

Linen Aficionado (5,000 points and over)

All the above rewards, plus:

Complimentary Monogramming - Our monogramming service has been a long loved favourite of ours, which is why as a Linen Aficionado you can monogram your linens free of charge to make it even extra special. On your membership profile chose to redeem this reward, then copy and paste the code given to you during checkout and complete your order as per usual.

Borrow our linens for a party - As a Linen aficionado, you have the benefit to loan our beautiful table linens for your upcoming dinner parties, special occasions and events for up to 30 people. Just call us on +44 (0)20 3744 1020 or email customercare@thelinenworks.co.uk to chat through your requirements and to receive any styling advice. We only ask that you inform us a month before the date you require them.

Try before you buy service – Whether it’s the pyjamas you are a bit uncertain or that table you are not sure quite what tablecloth will fit, shopping as a Linen Aficionado has never been easier. You can order your favourite pieces from us and try them on the comfort of your own home, and only pay after delivery. Contact our customer care team with the linen you would like, and we will arrange everything for you.

Redeem Unique Gifts – We will be creating exclusive linen pieces with linen lovers in mind and we will let you know from time to time when these are available.

GENERAL

HOW MUCH WOULD I NEED TO SPEND TO RECEIVE REWARDS?

Nothing, you can already enjoy exclusive perks just by signing up.

DO I HAVE TO WAIT A WHOLE YEAR TO BE UPGRADED?

It should take no longer than 2 working days for you to be upgraded to the next tier when your points qualify you, usually this happens straight away.

IF I FORGET TO SIGN IN TO MY ACCOUNT, CAN I GET THE POINTS ADDED AT A LATER DATE?

Yes of course, please just notify our customer care here.

HOW LONG DO MY POINTS LAST?

Your points will remain active for one year, after this period if they have not been used they will expire. However you will always be kept at that membership level so you can continue to enjoy all the benefits. Only the points expire.

WHO DO I NOTIFY IF MY EMAIL ADDRESS HAS CHANGED?

Do notify us if you have had a change of email address to ensure your points are transferred.
