HOW CAN I BECOME A MEMBER OF THE LINEN CLUB?
Great news! You want to become a part of our Linen community, you can become a member by signing up with us here


WHAT ARE THE MAIN BENEFITS OF JOINING?
By joining us at The Linen Club you open up a range of exclusive
benefits and unique gifts, along with early access to our sales, when you
qualify for our highest tier Linen Aficionado you can loan our table linen for
those special occasions and suppers.


HOW DO I ACCESS MY MEMBERSHIP DETAILS?
You can access your details by signing into your account using the email address you registered with, simply click on the linen club popup at the bottom right hand corner of the website and sign in.


CAN I EARN POINTS ON ALL MY PURCHASES?
Yes, you start earning straight away by signing up to our linen club you
are entitled to 200 points and thereafter you accumulate them on every purchase
you make with us and interact with us on social media.


HOW MANY POINTS DO I GET?
For every £1 spent with us you will receive 5 points, you get access to double point days and also bonus points when you connect with us through social media, we want you to be a part of our natural linen lifestyle


HOW MUCH WOULD I NEED TO SPEND TO RECEIVE REWARDS?
Nothing, you can already enjoy exclusive perks just by signing up.


HOW CAN I KEEP TRACK OF HOW MANY POINTS I'VE EARNED?
Sign into your account with us online and you will see your recent
accumulated points, will even give you some suggestions of rewards available to you and how you can redeem you points for unique perks.


DO I HAVE TO WAIT A WHOLE YEAR TO BE UPGRADED?
You will be automatically upgraded to the next tier when your points qualify you. As soon as this is done you will be able to use all the benefits and rewards in that tier.


HOW DO I BOOK MY 20% DAY?
To redeem your 20% off on one day offer, contact our customer service who will be able to assist with your bespoke code to use on your chosen day.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T SPEND ENOUGH IN A YEAR?
Your current level of membership is valid for a two year period, so you
can continue to enjoy all the benefits and offers.


IF I FORGET TO SIGN IN TO MY ACCOUNT, CAN I GET THE POINTS ADDED AT A LATER DATE?
Yes of course, please just notify our customer service by calling +44 (0)20 3744 1020 or email us at customercare@thelinenworks.co.uk within 30 days of your purchase quoting your order number.


HOW LONG DO MY POINTS LAST?
Your points will remain active for up to two years, after this period if they have not been used they will expire.


HOW SOON WILL MY POINTS BE REGISTERED?
Your points will be updated as soon as your order has been placed, please note if orders are returned your points will be deducted accordingly.

HOW MANY TIERS DOES THE LINEN CLUB HAVE?

The Linen Club has three tiers:
Linen Insider (accumulate up to 2,499 points)
Linen Enthusiast (2,500 to 4,999 points)
Linen Aficionado (£5,000 and over)
Your tier level depends on your spend with us and as your spending increases, so do the services and benefits which you and your friends can enjoy. Did you know by inviting your friends you can gain more points especially when they spend.


HOW DO I RECEIVE POINTS FOR LEAVING A PRODUCT REVIEW?
By leaving your thoughts on your new linen wares with our linen community you can earn 100 points, just simply leave us a review on the email sent from our partner Feefo and when your review is published this will automatically update the points in your account.


WHO DO I NOTIFY IF MY EMAIL ADDRESS HAS CHANGED?
Do notify us if you have had a change of email address to ensure your points are transferred, any new orders you process the points will always be sent to the registered email address.

As a Linen aficionado you have the benefit to loan our beautiful table linens for
your upcoming dinner parties, special occasions and events to delight you and
your guests we offer linen to cater for up to 30 people. Just call us on +44 (0)20 3744 1020 to chat through your requirements and ask for any styling advice, we love creating beautiful table settings ourselves and hosting special gatherings.
